RETURNS, FINES & AUTO-RENEWALS
We are processing returns about 7-10 days after they are dropped off. Any renewals or fines that accrued during that time will be waived from your account once the items come off your card. If after that 10-day window you are still seeing returned books on your account or fines you are not sure about, please reach out.
Thank you for your support of the Cuyahoga Falls Library Levy Issue 45, which passed at 67.5%. This levy ensures continued investment in the library and the communities we serve. We are committed to providing quality service, growing our collection, making necessary building updates, developing important collaborations with schools, and offering great programming for children, students, and adults in our community. We pledge to adapt and fine-tune services, technology, programming, and materials collections without increasing taxes for the next five years. We will provide a robust collection of physical and digital books. We pledge to continually improve computer and online services, maintain the building for the next generation, provide expanded educational programming to students and technology programming for all ages. We’ve already started by offering a multitude of library programs virtually from storytimes to MakerSpace partnerships with local schools. We’re reformulating services to support career readiness, workforce skills training, and community economic development. We also recognize families need time to connect by having fun—our Library of Things offers robotics, games, and crafting tools. Unwind with music or a DVD.
