Free Home COVID Test Kits

Free COVID-19 at-home test kits are in stock at the Cuyahoga Falls Library. Visit the drive-thru to pick up kits. Limit 4 tests per household.

Some proctored Abbott brand test kits offer a “test-to-treat” option. This means:

  1. Individuals who test positive will have the option to be immediately connected to a clinician who can provide a medical evaluation and prescribe treatment if they qualify.
  2. Prescriptions provided can be filled at a pharmacy of their choice for pick up or delivery nationwide, depending on their location and the availability of the treatment.
  3. The state-provided eMed rapid antigen test covers the cost of the verified lab report, clinical evaluation, prescription and treatment.
