Chronicling America provides free online access to over 17 million digitized historic newspaper pages covering 1789-1963 from over 50 U.S. states and territories. Consumer Health Complete is a comprehensive resource for consumer-oriented health content. ConsumerReports.org provides Web-based access through EBSCOhost to the most current Consumer Reports ratings available. Middle Search Plus provides full text for more than 140 popular, middle school magazines. All full text articles included in the database are assigned a reading level indicator (Lexiles). Full text is also available for thousands of biographies and historical essays. Middle Search Plus also contains 84,774 biographies, 105,786 primary source documents, and a School Image Collection of photos, maps and flags.

The Sanborn Maps were originally created for assessing fire insurance liability in urbanized areas in the United States. Our collection includes over 40,000 detailed maps of Ohio cities drawn between 1882 and 1962. Each map includes detailed information regarding town and building information. Although these maps were originally published in color, our collection is digitized from microfilm and is in black and white.
